The cold smoke generator is made of food-safe metal, which is durable and safe. Suitable for cold smoked fish, meat, poultry, vegetables, etc. The mesh shape allows better air circulation through smoking chips. The spiral mould is used for up to 12 hours. And you can easily transport the cold smoke generator with two handles. Clean the strainer well before filling, fill the device with smoking chips to the edge, then press the powder firmly with your fingers (particle size 0.4mm to 1.0mm is perfect).
