With a body and rotor built from a high grade carbon composite, these reels offer strength, rigidity, and lightness. They come with a solid aluminium CNC machined screw in handle for ultimate reliability and come fitted with a comfortable EVA knob. We’ve also done away with the anti-reverse, eliminating any saltwater ingress into the reel where the switch would traditionally be.
The reel comes with an aluminium spool, specifically designed for braid.
Internally, the reel features 7+1 stainless-steel bearings, which ensures a smooth retrieve that is corrosion resistant. The reels main shaft is made from aluminium, providing the perfect balance between weight and strength. The carbon-based drag is smooth but incredibly powerful and sensitive. LRF and bass anglers will particularly like its smooth flowing start up inertia. Finally, the gear ratio of 5.2:1 provides a quick retrieve with excellent grunt for battling forceful fish.
